SnapIt!! (Kuala Tungkal Feb 2014)

Currently I am on trip back to hometown. There is no great architectures to shoot nor any amazing landscape. Located next to the seaside, Kuala Tungkal is a good location for sunrise/sunset photography.

I have decided to strol around the ferry terminal one morning hunting for good spot for sunrise. I found this good spot with wooden jetty to be the the mid-ground object in the scene and little reflection of the sun shine on the sea water. The entire scene feels pleasant for the start of a day. I always believe that in order to have a great day, it has to start with something warm and pleasant. And this photo is exactly what I feel.

SnapIt!! (MBS - HDR)

The last few weeks, I have been busy with works and too tired to get out there to shoot. I spent most of the time in front of my computer working on my HDR photos. I took whole lots of bracketing images at Merlion Park during the sunrise and I am really glad I did that. Here's another HDR photo I took at the Merlion Park. Compared to the non-HDR version, this one IMO gives a different feeling to it. Enjoy!!

SnapIt!! (MBS Sunrise - HDR)

I took a lot of bracketing images yesterday morning at MBS for my HDR practice. Here's one of them.
Comparing with the single exposure image, the details of the building is more visible.
